We’re looking for an awesome digital guru to take ownership of our lead generation and performance marketing efforts, building a predictable pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
What you’ll do
Lead the development of brand identities that are distinctive, scalable, and digital-first.
Design across a range of digital platforms, including websites, social, and campaigns.
Create engaging UX and UI designs with Figma and prototyping tools.
Craft presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint) that are visually compelling and on-brand.
Contribute to brand experience design across events, activations, and integrated campaigns.
Collaborate with strategy, writing, and client teams to deliver cohesive creative.
Stay ahead of design trends, digital innovation, and best practices.
Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers where needed.
What we’re looking for
5+ years’ experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital-first design.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Express, After Effects a plus).
Proficiency in Figma (or similar) for UX/UI and prototyping.
Strong understanding of brand experience — how identity translates across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
Proven ability to design impactful presentations (Keynote / PowerPoint).
Experience in event or activation design a strong plus.
A balance of big-picture creative thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
