We’re looking for an awesome digital guru to take ownership of our lead generation and performance marketing efforts, building a predictable pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a B2B and B2C lead generation strategy aligned to agency growth goals
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Implement ABM and targeted campaigns to engage enterprise decision-makers (10,000+ employees)
- Experiment with new channels and AI/ML-powered optimization tools to improve performance
- Align marketing activity with sales through data-driven testing, attribution, and pipeline measurement
- Advise on best practices for scaling demand generation in a fast-growing agency environment
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation / performance marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong track record in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, programmatic, and content syndication
- Experience with ABM platforms (6Sense or similar) a plus
- Deep understanding of attribution models and connecting spend to revenue outcomes
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability — able to design and run campaigns end to end
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
