Here Near Next partnered with Mweb, a leading ISP, to elevate their internal communication strategy and enhance employee engagement. Our agency spearheaded the development of a cretaive concept and a robust messaging framework tailored to bolster the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and seamlessly integrate with the launch of Mweb’s new intranet (which we built).

Additionally, we orchestrated a compelling employee event to activate the refreshed brand positioning, fostering a sense of unity and enthusiasm among the workforce. To further reinforce the new identity, our team designed and distributed customized merchandise, creating a tangible connection between employees and the revitalised organisational ethos.
