Here Near Next (PTY) Ltd. is a South African marketing business. The Terms outlined below stipulates the rules around our Referral Program.

General Terms

Eligibility:
The referral program is open to individuals or businesses who have signed up to participate. This includes existing clients, partners, and any other individuals who meet our referral requirements.
Referral process:
Referrals must be submitted using the official referral form, either via email or through our referral portal. Only qualified leads that are introduced to HNN and result in a signed contract and live project will be eligible for a commission.
Commission structure:
- 5% on projects worth $10,000 or more
- 6% on projects worth $50,000 or more
- 7% on projects worth $100,000 or more
  Commissions are based on the total revenue of the referred project and will be paid after the project is live and HNN receives the final payment.
Payment terms:
Commissions will be paid within 30 days after the completion of the referred client’s project and receipt of full payment from the client.
Referral validity:
Referrals must be valid and lead to a successful signed contract with HNN. If a referred client does not sign a contract or cancels within 30 days, the referral will no longer be eligible for commission.
No conflict of interest:
Referring parties must not have any direct or indirect financial interest in the referred business or project. Specifically, you may not refer yourself or any contracts or budgets you already have access to or control over. Any attempt to refer yourself or secure commissions on projects you already have direct involvement with will be classified as fraud and misconduct and will result in immediate disqualification from the program, forfeiture of commissions, and potential legal action.
Confidentiality:
All information shared through the referral program will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, unless authorized by both the referrer and HNN.
Right to modify or terminate:
HNN reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or through the official program portal.
Legal compliance:
Participants in the referral program must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. HNN is not responsible for any tax or legal obligations incurred by participants.
Dispute resolution:
Any disputes related to the referral program will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Please contact us at at [email protected] should you have any queries.
